王毅表示，海峽兩岸歷史同源，文化同根，同屬一中。臺(tái)灣的出路希望在于兩岸關(guān)系戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)開(kāi)展，在于完成國(guó)度的統(tǒng)一，而不是依托什么外部的“空頭支票”。“挾洋謀獨(dú)”沒(méi)有出路，“以臺(tái)制華”必定失敗，臺(tái)灣終會(huì)回到祖國(guó)的懷抱。

He stressed Taiwans future and hope lie in the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations and reunification with the mainland, not in counting on the empty promises of external forces.

"The scheme to use Taiwan to contain China is doomed to fail and Taiwan will eventually return to the embrace of the motherland," he added.

王毅談化解烏克蘭危機(jī)的四點(diǎn)主張

王毅在兩會(huì)記者會(huì)上論述中方對(duì)化解當(dāng)前烏克蘭危機(jī)的立場(chǎng)主張。

王毅表示，中方已屢次說(shuō)明在烏克蘭問(wèn)題上的立場(chǎng)。我們一直本著客觀公正態(tài)度，依據(jù)事情自身的是非曲直獨(dú)立自主地作出判別、標(biāo)明主張。應(yīng)該看到，冰凍三尺非一日之寒。烏克蘭局勢(shì)開(kāi)展到今天，緣由撲朔迷離。處理復(fù)雜問(wèn)題，需求的是冷靜和理性，而不是推波助瀾、激化矛盾。

中方以為，要化解當(dāng)前危機(jī)，

必需堅(jiān)持結(jié)合國(guó)憲章目標(biāo)和準(zhǔn)繩，尊重和保證各國(guó)的主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完好；

必需堅(jiān)持平安不可分割準(zhǔn)繩，照顧當(dāng)事方的合理平安關(guān)切；

必需堅(jiān)持經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)話會(huì)談，以戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)方式處理爭(zhēng)端；

必需著眼地域長(zhǎng)治久安，構(gòu)建平衡、有效、可持續(xù)的歐洲平安機(jī)制。

王毅說(shuō)，當(dāng)前，國(guó)際社會(huì)應(yīng)聚焦勸和促談和避免呈現(xiàn)大范圍人道主義危機(jī)兩大問(wèn)題繼續(xù)努力。中方在勸和促談方面已做了一些工作，不斷同各方堅(jiān)持親密溝通。俄烏雙方已然談了兩輪，希望行將開(kāi)啟的第三輪會(huì)談能獲得新的開(kāi)展。中方以為，形勢(shì)越緊，和談越不能中止；分歧越大，越需求坐下來(lái)會(huì)談。中方愿繼續(xù)為勸和促談發(fā)揮建立性作用，也愿在需求時(shí)與國(guó)際社會(huì)一道展開(kāi)必要的調(diào)停。

China is prepared to continue playing a constructive role in the ongoing Ukraine crisis to facilitate dialogue for peace and work alongside the international community when needed to carry out necessary mediation, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Monday.

Speaking at a news conference on the sidelines of the fifth session of the 13th National Peoples Congress, Wang said China believes to resolve the current crisis, countries must uphold the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter and respect and protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries.

"We must adhere to the principle of indivisible security and accommodate the legitimate security concerns of the parties involved. We must settle disputes by peaceful means through dialogue and negotiation. And we must keep in mind the long-term peace and stability of the region and put in place a balanced, effective and sustainable European security mechanism," Wang said.

He said China believes the tenser the situation, the more important talks continue. "The wider the disagreement, the greater the need to sit down and have negotiation," he added.
